KavaMovies lets you organize the movies you've seen, the movies you want to see, and the movies in your collection. It connects to the internet and downloads tons of information about each of your movies in realtime.
Browsing
Imagine making a list of all the movies you've ever seen. You'd be surprised how easy it is with KavaMovies. Click a movie to see who's in it. Click an actor to see what they've been in. Directors, genres, keywords, languages, years, charts, awards… everything is Connected!

Searching
To add a movie, just type its name in the search field. Search results are displayed in the browser. If you type the name of a movie that's already in your database, KavaMovies will go straight to that movie.
Importing
You can import a folder full of movies to add them to the database. KavaMovies remembers the location of each movie, and even creates custom icons for each movie file. You can also import from an XML or text file, or from iTunes, Delicious Library, DVDpedia or DVD Profiler.
Info
KavaMovies displays tons of information about each movie, like tagline, genres, keywords, average rating, and a Plot summary. So you can decide if a movie is worth watching, or worth skipping.
Personal
KavaMovies also lets you store personal information about each movie, such as where and when you saw it, your personal rating, comments and four customizable data fields. If you've got the movie, the database keeps track of the location and format (AVI, MP4, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.)
Recommendations
You can use KavaMovies to make a list of all the movies you want to see. Click on a movie you like, and it will recommend ten other movies. Better yet, the program makes a master list all the movies you're most likely to enjoy, based on all the movies in your personal database.
